About
Daniela Novais holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Geneva (2019–2022), as well as a Master’s degree in Law from the same university (2022–2024). Whilst studying for her Master’s degree, she also obtained the Certificate in Transnational Law. She then rounded off her training by obtaining the Certificate of Specialisation in the Legal Profession, awarded by the University of Geneva in 2024. Drawing on practical experience gained notably at ASSUAS (Swiss Association of Insured Persons) and the Pâquis Legal Aid Centre, she advises and supports her clients in Geneva across various areas of family law. A member of the Geneva Bar Association, she is bilingual in French and Portuguese and also advises her clients in English.
