These positions are primarily available based on the offers we receive. Depending on our availability, the internship can be completed in Geneva and Martigny. As a Trainee Lawyer at Kulik·Hottelier, you will work closely with our experienced attorneys, gaining invaluable insights into family law practice.
Qualifications
- Law degree (Master) from a Swiss university
- Strong academic record and genuine interest in family law
- Excellent analytical and writing skills
- Fluency in French; proficiency in English is highly advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
Your tasks
- Assist senior attorneys in case preparation and legal research
- Attend client meetings and court proceedings under supervision
- Develop increasing autonomy in handling legal tasks and responsibilities
- Draft legal documents and correspondence
- Participate in case strategy discussions
- Conduct legal analysis on various family law matters
