Qualifications
- Law degree from an accredited institution
- Admission to the bar in Switzerland (or eligibility for admission)
- Strong interest in family law and commitment to client advocacy
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
- Fluency in French and English is essential; additional languages are an asset
Your tasks
- Conduct legal research and analysis on complex family law issues
- Assist in preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Participate in client meetings and court proceedings under the supervision of senior attorneys
- Contribute to case strategy development and execution
