Simon was admitted to the Bar in 2019 in the canton of Geneva. Holding a Bachelor of Law (2009, University of Geneva), a Master’s in International and European Law (2011, University of Geneva), as well as a Certificate in Transnational Law (2010, Geneva) and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Law (2016, Geneva), he advises clients in Geneva across all aspects of family and inheritance law. He is also affiliated with the Geneva Bar Association and the Geneva Young Bar, and advises clients in French, English, Portuguese, and Spanish. He is the author of “La crise et le contrat de bail: où est l’abus de droit,” in Les difficultés économiques en droit, Programme doctoral romand de droit, Schulthess (2015).
